The company BioHarvest believes that one day Cannabis will be grown in space. To do this they use bioreactors to create the trichomes found on the Cannabis plant. Right now of course crew members on board the space station cannot use Cannabis for safety reasons, but it is hoped to change in the future once more people are on the stations and some crew members can take a break.
